Ovivo has almost doubled the size of its operation at its West Bromwich UK head office, in an expansion that will enable the company to further develop its growing Aftermarket work.
In addition to its existing premises at West Bromwich of 1,770 m3, Ovivo’s new adjacent building (1,610 m3) will become the main central stores for brand names such as Brackett Green, Jones + Attwood, Copa and Eimco Water Technologies.
Mike Dale, Customer Services Manager at Ovivo, commented: “Expanding our central location in the Midlands gives us the perfect opportunity to enhance the high quality operational support, maintenance and refurbishment we offer as part of our dedicated Aftermarket service”.
He added: “Alongside our UK office headquarters and manufacturing base, this important expansion underlines our total commitment to our clients, allowing our experts even further scope to deliver their services”.
An example of Ovivo’s municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions recently saw its Detritor grit removal process installed at Severn Trent Water’s 1 billion litres/day Minworth Sewage Treatment Works in Birmingham. Removing several large skips of abrasive, heavy and insoluble grit every week, the four Detritor systems will help extend the life of all machinery to significantly decrease operational and maintenance costs.
